ALIGNMENT MILESTONES: FOR FAMILIES, BUSINESSES, AND ORGANIZATIONS IN-PERSON TRAINING PROGRAM (2 DAYS)

TIME: 9:30am - 4:30pm CT

During this session, you will experience and learn how to facilitate the Alignment Milestone that includes:

1) Creating alignment within the group

2) Identifying the group’s purpose

3) Identifying the leadership and communication styles within the group

4) Creating common vision

6) Identifying priorities and next steps

Your tuition includes the training program, the annotated agenda with scripts for the pre-meeting calls, coaching instructions, and the important logistics for the event, location, and steps post-meeting. You will have all the tools to hold a FAM at the end of the 2nd training day session!
