Such a community does exist. Since 2003, Heritage members and training attendees have created a vibrant, welcoming, mentoring community. It’s a place where you can bring your questions and hurdles and find the answers relating to your unique circumstance. And, where so many other professional gatherings highlight competition, we focus on collaboration. We challenge one another, celebrate our successes, set goals, and hold one other accountable for working towards those goals. Our members are also integral in developing new training sessions and the refinement of the training we have been doing for years.
Professionals come to our training at all stages of their careers. For them, we are a higher, deeper, more productive level of continuing education than they have ever taken. Many attendees have told us that the benefits of taking our foundational academy, Better Listening, Better Questions, Better Relationships, are greater and more practical than any other CE they have taken. In fact, it is not unusual for individuals to take the training several times because they gain new layers of information and insight each time.
